Thunderbirds are go.
As promised: I have released a technology preview of my xps workbench tool; you can download the it here.
I have released a version for Windows, which I've tested with Windows XP. It should also work with Windows Server 2003.
You can also grab the build for MacOSX, which is MacOSX 10.4 only for the moment.
It is a universal binary, so it works at native speed on both PowerPC and Intel based Macs.
Give it a spin and keep me posted (e-mail: info@nixps.com).
p.s. If you are wondering how to get hold on xps files to test ;-): you can generate these with Office 2007 beta, and with Vista. You can also download sample files from the Microsoft site. ¶ 09:34
